Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Certified

We are seeking a skilled ARNP or PA-C to join a primary care team serving patients of all ages with a wide range of health needs, including higher-than-average acuity. This position is ideal for providers who value meaningful patient relationships and are comfortable practicing with a degree of independence.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years’ primary care experience preferred
• Current ACLS certification required
• Ability to practice with clinical autonomy; supervising medical director may not always be onsite
