Description

Are you an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner with a focus in oncology care? We are seeking a dedicated Oncology Nurse Practitioner to join a mission-driven healthcare team serving a close-knit coastal community in Washington State.

This well-established, community-owned healthcare system has been serving residents for over five decades. As a critical access hospital district, it offers a broad range of services from primary and urgent care to specialty services and inpatient care delivered with a strong emphasis on quality, continuity, and patient dignity. The organization is deeply committed to whole-person care, professional collaboration, and fostering trusted relationships between clinicians and the community.

Set in a breathtaking region of the Pacific Northwest, this coastal area offers forested trails, quiet beaches, and panoramic water views making it ideal for those who seek a slower, nature-oriented pace of life. With a strong sense of community and easy access to both outdoor recreation and cultural experiences, this is a unique opportunity to live and work in a truly enriching environment.

As the Oncology Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive care for patients diagnosed with cancer and blood disorders in an outpatient setting. Working in collaboration with an on-site Medical Oncologist and infusion team, you will manage treatment plans, monitor patient progress, provide symptom management, and offer emotional support and education to patients and families. The role requires clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate approach to care that honors the physical and emotional challenges of cancer treatment. Experience in oncology or infusion medicine is required.

If you’re looking to bring your oncology expertise to a supportive and values-driven team while enjoying life in one of the most naturally beautiful regions in Washington we encourage you to Apply today!
