Description
Are you a compassionate, patient-focused Nurse Practitioner seeking a fulfilling role in a supportive and collaborative clinical environment? We are currently seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join a well-established regional healthcare system serving a vibrant coastal community in the heart of Washington’s scenic Puget Sound.
This healthcare organization has proudly provided comprehensive, patient-centered care to its community for over 50 years. As a publicly-owned, community-supported system, it offers a full spectrum of services—from primary care to advanced specialty and hospital-based services—all under one roof. With a strong emphasis on collaboration, quality improvement, and access to care, this system fosters a culture of teamwork and innovation in a setting where providers are truly valued.
Located in the stunning Puget Sound region, this area offers breathtaking natural beauty, a moderate climate, and abundant opportunities for outdoor recreation—whether you enjoy hiking, kayaking, or simply taking in ocean views. The community is close-knit and welcoming, with excellent schools, a slower pace of life, and easy access to both Seattle and the Olympic Peninsula.
As a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting. You’ll work as part of a multidisciplinary team to manage chronic conditions, deliver preventive care, and promote wellness. Responsibilities include performing physical exams, diagnosing and treating common illnesses and injuries, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and collaborating closely with physicians and support staff to ensure continuity of care. The ideal candidate is someone who is dedicated to building long-term relationships with patients and is passionate about rural health and community wellness.
If you’re looking to make a meaningful difference in a beautiful and supportive environment, we invite you to apply today. Join a mission-driven healthcare team that values your expertise and offers the chance to truly connect with your patients and your community.
A highly competitive compensation package is offered, including salary, retirement, and a full suite of benefits. Apply today!
